Fresh Tuna Steak



2 Fresh or thawed Tuna steaks

Olive oil

1-2 tsp chopped fresh gingerRecipes

2-3 Tbsp sliced white part of green onion

Soy sauce [to taste]


1. Pat tuna steaks dry

2. Saute ginger and onions in olive oil. Add soy sauce [to taste]. Saute until fragrant and the onions are a bit carmelized.

3. Add tuna steaks and saute for about 3 minutes each side. should be rare in the middle. Add a bit of soy or season salt if desired.

4. Serve on bed of raw bean sprouts or arugula [or any green veggie desired]

5. Nice if served with quinoa pilaf and asparagus, or any green vegetable.
